Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, levellifecoach.com, is operated by Simona Petkova, operating as Level Life Coach, of Bratislava, Slovak Republic, IČO: 57 263 353 (“we”, “us”, “Level Life Coach”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

It explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the coaching, mentoring, course and product services we deliver through it. It does not apply to other websites we link to – their own policies govern those.

3. The data we collect

Data you give us

• Contact form – your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• Consultation bookings – the name, email address, and scheduling details you enter when you book a call.
• Newsletter sign-up – your email address, and your first name if you give it.
• Purchases from the shop – your name, email address, billing address and order details. We never see or store your card details; those go directly to the payment provider.
• Human Design assessment – the answers you submit, and the birth date, birth time and birth place needed to calculate a Human Design chart.
• Coaching and mentoring – the information you share with us during our work together, which may be personal and sensitive. This is treated as confidential.
• Client portal – your account details and the material you upload or exchange with us there.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data – IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting and by the security plugin that protects the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies – see section 7.

4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Where our basis is consent, you can withdraw it at any time – this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Where our basis is legitimate interests, you can object; see section 9.

Special category data

Coaching conversations, and the birth information used for a Human Design chart, may reveal things about your health, beliefs or personal life that data-protection law treats as special category data. We process it only with your explicit consent, only to deliver the service you asked for, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who host it on our behalf.

5. Who else processes your data

We use the following providers. Each processes data on our behalf, under contract, and each has its own privacy policy.

Some of these are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision for the country concerned.

We also disclose data where we are legally required to – for example to a tax authority, a regulator, or a court.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact form messages – up to 2 years after our last exchange.
• Newsletter – until you unsubscribe, and then we keep a record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again by mistake.
• Orders and invoices – 10 years, as required of accounting records by the Slovak Accounting Act (No. 431/2002 Coll.).
• Coaching and mentoring records – up to 3 years after our work ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Assessment answers – up to 12 months.
• Server and security logs – typically 30 days.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This site uses:

• Strictly necessary cookies – needed for the site, the shopping cart and the client portal to work. These do not require your consent.
• Third-party cookies – set by embedded content such as YouTube, Wistia and Google Maps when you load a page containing them. Video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode where the provider offers it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working.

8. Keeping your data safe

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and protected by a security plugin. Access to client information is limited to Simona Petkova and, where strictly necessary, to assistants bound by confidentiality. No system is perfectly secure, but where a breach is likely to put your rights at risk we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as the law requires.

9. Your rights

We process your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
• Erase it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Portability – receive it in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our basis
• Complain to a supervisory authority – ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk. If you live elsewhere in the EU you may complain to your own national authority instead.

To exercise any of these, email info@levellifecoach.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.

10. Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell newsletter subscribers and active clients directly.
